Since finishing work a week and a half ago I’ve been doing everything but resting! The nesting instinct has certainly kicked in! Ive been doing copius amounts of washing and vaccuming and organising!

Chris and I decided to paint a mural on one wall of the Baby’s room. Its turned out really bright and colourful and was quite fun to do. We focused on 3 cartoon characters that feature on the Baby’s cot linen, musical mobile and a few other toys, they are characters from the Zany Zoo series.

Here are some statistics noted down by the Doctor on our last visit:

• Head Circumference: 30cms
• Abdominal Circumference: 28.3cms (this is the measurement from the tummy around to the back)
• Femur Length: 6.19cms (length of the thigh bone)
• Estimated fetal weight: 1.975kilos

Hopefully the baby will put on another kilo or so in the next 6 weeks *fingers crossed*
